iDiecast

Terms of Use

Plain terms for a personal collection app: your collection is yours, Free covers most collections, and PRO is one purchase with no subscription.

Last updated 24 September 2026. These terms cover the iDiecast iPhone app.

About these terms

iDiecast is a personal diecast collection app for iPhone. These terms explain how it may be used and how its paid feature works. It is operated by SRD MEDIA GROUP INC., 5-4104 Fairview St, Burlington, Ontario L7L 4Y8, Canada. Contact: support@idiecast.ca.

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs your licence to use the app. These terms add iDiecast’s product terms on top of it. Your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Your collection

You are responsible for the information, photos and links you add, and for having permission to use them. Your content remains yours. iDiecast processes it only to provide the features you use, and nothing in these terms lets us publish your collection or use it for advertising.

Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to infringe anyone’s rights, distribute harmful material, or interfere with the app or other services. Keep your device and sign-in details secure. Signing in creates a local profile only; it does not sync your collection between devices.

There is no public sharing or community feature in this version. Nothing you record is visible to other collectors.

Free and PRO

Free includes up to 50 owned or ordered models across your collections, plus a separate allowance of 250 wishlist entries, with every other feature included. Sold models and cancelled orders do not count toward either limit. Records above the allowance stay visible and editable; only adding new ones is limited.

iDiecast PRO is a one-time purchase that removes both limits and adds CSV import. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Apple shows the price, currency and applicable taxes for your country before you buy, and Apple processes the payment. Restoring a purchase uses the Apple Account that made it, under Apple’s rules. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer unlock PRO; your saved records remain available.

For purchase or refund issues, use Apple’s support and refund process, or contact us and we will help. These terms do not exclude refunds or remedies required by law. Buying PRO does not promise future services or features.

Values and outside services

Prices paid, target prices and values come from what you enter. Totals and currency conversions are for your information only. They are not an appraisal, insurance valuation, investment advice or a guarantee of what a model would sell for. Exchange rates and product details from outside services may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

Research and shopping links open outside services such as eBay, and tracking links open the carrier’s site. Those providers control their listings, transactions, fees and privacy practices. Opening a listing never lets iDiecast buy, sell or post anything for you.

Storage, backups and exports

Your collection is stored on your iPhone. You can back it up to your own iCloud account from the Account tab, and export it to files you choose. Keep a backup of anything important to you: device loss, deleting the app, storage failure or an unsuccessful restore can lose data, and we cannot recover a collection we have never received.

Restoring a backup or importing a file can replace the records on your iPhone; the app shows you what will change before it does. Exports and backups can contain private details and photos, so choose where they go carefully.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep iDiecast useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. Outside services may change or stop working, and supported iOS versions will change over time. Nothing here excludes a warranty, liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy, changes and contact

The Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles. If these terms change in a material way, we will update this page and its date and note the change in the app’s release notes.

For questions about these terms, email support@idiecast.ca. Your right to make a complaint or seek remedies under applicable law is preserved.
